SUMMARY:IRC CAC Safety Conference
DESCRIPTION:June 27\, 2026\, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at IRC. This conference is designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities\, whether or not they are served by IRC\, all are welcome. \n  \nThe day will include presentations from local law enforcement agencies on the Blue Envelope Program\, presented by the Fontana Police Department\, as well as sessions on online safety by the Fontana School Police Department and fire safety by the San Bernardino County Fire Marshal. \n  \nAdditionally\, there will be emergency vehicles available for participants to explore\, along with resource booths hosted by the presenters. \n  \nThe event will also feature a keynote presentation by Corporal Ermes Maqueira from the Ontario Police Department. This event was planned in collaboration with 24Hr Home Care and is partially funded by DDS through LACC.
