DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Epilepsy Reach Foundation (North Carolina) and Legacy Bridges Foundation (California) Caregiving is a journey filled with love\, strength\, resilience\, and sacrifice—but it can also be overwhelming\, isolating\, and emotionally demanding. No caregiver should have to navigate that journey alone. Caregiver’s Corner is a virtual\, coast-to-coast support community created to uplift\, educate\, and empower caregivers and parents supporting loved ones with epilepsy\, disabilities\, chronic illnesses\, and other unique care needs. This welcoming and inclusive space brings caregivers together to share experiences\, gain practical tools\, and build meaningful connections with others who truly understand the realities of caregiving. Each session features open conversation\, peer support\, and discussions on topics caregivers have identified as most valuable—from managing stress and preventing burnout to advocacy\, emotional wellness\, self-care\, and navigating everyday caregiving challenges. Whether you’re new to caregiving or have been supporting a loved one for years\, you are welcome here.
