DESCRIPTION:Restorative Connection is an online psycho-educational therapeutic support group for parents and caregivers of children with disabilities. A place to connect\, converse\, and share with your peers who are on a similar journey. \nParticipants can engage or be present to receive guidance and support. Together we will address some of our most challenging and sensitive topics. Restorative Connection is designed to restore hope\, determination and stability during uncertainty. \nThis session is intended for parents or guardians ONLY. If you are a professional\, we encourage you to refer to the Calendar page on our website for other\, more suitable training opportunities. We appreciate your help in making this a safe space for parents to speak candidly. \nAll conversations in this group are confidential and will NOT be recorded. \nRestorative Connection is led by a mental health professional. \nRestorative Connection will be conducted via Zoom. Registration is required.
