Discussion topics include:\n– How housing needs are identified in the Individual Program Plan (IPP)\n– The range of regional center housing supports\, from what’s available if the individual is living with their parents to what’s available if the individual is living on their own\, with roommates\, or in a licensed residential home\n– How regional centers can support independent living with Individual Living Skills (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS)\n– How new programs like Coordinated Family Support Services can help \nThis session is ideal for families\, who are navigating – or thinking about investigating – California’s complex disability and housing systems.
