Our special yogis have been practicing together for nearly FIVE years! Each class focuses on gentle movement, mindfulness, balance, and stress release. Calming benefits will follow you well beyond your yoga mat.
When participating at home it's important to have a safe and uncluttered space to practice in. A mat is nice but not required. This will be a gentle slower paced class, combining motion and stretching. We encourage families to join the class together and practice on their own too.

🎟️ This is a private event for individuals and families with a loved one on the autism spectrum or with an intellectual/developmental disability. Grab your swimsuits, sunscreen, and smiles — we can’t wait to make a splash with you!
Below are some IMPORTANT REMINDERS about the day of the event:
BRING WATER! The kitchen and snack bar will be closed. Water will not be available for purchase.
Coolers: Small coolers are allowed. No GLASS or ALCOHOL will be permitted.
Food: Food will NOT be available to purchase inside the water park. You can bring your own snacks and picnic food.
Dress Code: Everyone MUST wear proper swim attire. Swim diapers (disposable swim diapers or plastic pants) are required for all diapered guests. ABSOLUTELY NO cotton, jeans, and clothing with rivets, snaps, buttons, belts, or metal ornamentation are not permitted. Note: Water shoes and sandals are strongly encouraged to be worn at ALL times when outside of the water.
Items: Families will need to provide their own Coast guard approved Life vest to those individuals who are under 48" or not fully confident in their swimming ability. You are welcome to bring folding chairs, towels, sunblock, water and snacks. Items NOT permitted include umbrellas, EZ-ups, nose snorkels, pool noodles, water guns, water wings or other flotation toys.
The RPG changed its name to The Virtual Tabletop Gaming Group. We play a wide variety of virtual tabletop games like Chess, Uno, Monopoly and Clue as well as role play games like Dungeons and Dragons. Our new schedule: We’ll meet on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at 7:00 pm (6:45 if you are new or need technical help). You still need a (free) Steam account and within Steam you need to purchase Tabletop Simulator for $19.99 (this is a one-time only purchase.)

General admission is $10 (adult), $8 (military or senior), $7 (student), and $5 (child ages 6 to 12). Children five and under and Museum Association members are admitted free. Parking is free, and the museum is accessible to persons with disabilities.

When participating at home it's important to have a safe and uncluttered space to practice in. A mat is nice but not required. This will be a gentle slower paced class, combining motion and stretching. We encourage families to join the class together and practice on their own too.

Created to give moms a place to make new friends, get support and discuss the joys and challenges of motherhood. Our Birth and Beyond Education Center has blankets, swings, play mats and toys for baby and older siblings to enjoy while mom participates in the group discussion. Moms will also have access to our Lending Library, full of popular and highly recommended books and videos to checkout.
Groups meet weekly throughout the year, every Wednesday and Friday.
