As you know, early childhood home visiting supports positive outcomes for children and families, but engaging eligible families in services can be challenging. This Family Engagement Toolkit offers flexible, evidence-based resources and practical strategies to strengthen home visiting programs’ outreach, recruitment, and retention efforts. The toolkit was developed for ACF and the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, as part of the Understanding and Expanding the Reach of Home Visiting (HV-REACH) project.
