IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The 2026 LACC SUPER Fall Festival is open to IRC clients, their parents, legal guardians, and caregivers on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note the following important details:

🎯 Registration: All participants are required to register. Individual registrations are required.

🎯 Resource Booths: We invite all participants to visit each booth to learn more about the resources available in your area. Each guest will receive a resource passport, which they can use to collect stamps throughout the event. Those who collect all stamps to fill their passport will have a chance to participate in an incentive drawing to win incentive cards and other prizes.

🎯 We are also centering this event around video games & its characters, so we welcome you to come dressed in your best costume! Feel free to add some festive decorations to your booth to get into the video games spirit.

**Event Costume Disclaimer**

We welcome creativity and fun at our Halloween event and ask all participants to help us create a safe and inclusive celebration. Please keep in mind:

  1. Costumes must not include offensive, discriminatory, or culturally insensitive themes.
  2. Avoid slang, diminishing language, or stereotypes that target any race, ethnicity, culture, gender, religion, disability, or identity.
  3. Costumes should not depict violence, gore, or inappropriate content.
  4. Masks, blood-style makeup, or excessive scary effects are not permitted.

Important Notices:

  1. Acknowledgment of Participation: Free events hosted by IRC have occasionally experienced a no-show rate. To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to attend, including those on the waiting list, we must implement a cancellation policy for the 2026 LACC SUPER Fall Festival. If your situation changes and you are unable to attend, please contact us via email at community@inlandrc.org.
  2. Failure to provide notice, including no-shows on the day of the event, may result in ineligibility for participation in future events.
  3. Inland Regional Center (IRC) prohibits the solicitation of business, grants, products, or services, as well as the distribution of materials that have not received prior authorization. During IRC events and activities, attendees may not conduct business, distribute literature, or solicit products or services without prior authorization from IRC staff. Individuals engaging in unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials may be asked to discontinue the activity, remove the materials, or leave the event or facility.
