Swim Season Opening Day (Yucaipa & Glen Helen)

Celebrate the 2025 swim season at Glen Helen and Yucaipa Regional Parks.

The 2025 swim season officially opens on Saturday, May 24 at Glen Helen and Yucaipa regional parks and will remain open through Labor Day weekend. Swim hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

New Swim Fees (effective May 12, 2025)

New prices include use of splash pad and waterslides at Glen Helen and the waterslides at Yucaipa.

  • Non-holiday, holiday weekends and special events: Daily: $15
  • Holidays, holiday weekends: $20 (Example of a holiday weekend is if the holiday is on a
    Friday, the price applies to the Saturday and Sunday that follows. If the holiday is on a
    Monday, the price applies to the Saturday and Sunday that leads up to the Monday
    holiday.)
  • Children under age three (3) are free.
  • Must be at least 48″ (inches) tall to ride the slides.

Park and swim facility admission fees are separate. Park admission is $10 per vehicle Monday-Friday and $15 per vehicle on weekends. Holidays and holiday weekends are $20 per vehicle. Holiday weekends depend on what day the holiday lands on. For instance, if the holiday lands on a Friday, then a holiday weekend is considered Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If a holiday lands on a Monday, then the holiday weekend is considered Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Swim entry is first-come, first-served and reservations are not accepted. Lines for the pool entrance begin to form as early as 7:30 a.m. when the parks gates open, once the wristbands are sold out, the pool will reach capacity and will close to new arrivals.
