Our special yogis have been practicing together for nearly FIVE years! Each class focuses on gentle movement, mindfulness, balance, and stress release. Calming benefits will follow you well beyond your yoga mat.
When participating at home it's important to have a safe and uncluttered space to practice in. A mat is nice but not required. This will be a gentle slower paced class, combining motion and stretching. We encourage families to join the class together and practice on their own too.
