Birth and Beyond Free Zoom Support Group
Created to give moms a place to make new friends, get support and discuss the joys and challenges of motherhood. Our Birth and Beyond Education Center has blankets, swings, play mats and toys for baby and older siblings to enjoy while mom participates in the group discussion. Moms will also have access to our Lending Library, full of popular and highly recommended books and videos to checkout.
Groups meet weekly throughout the year, every Wednesday and Friday.
No registration required.

Join us for a night of fun, laughter, and friendly competition! This event is exclusively for siblings of individuals with Down syndrome—a chance to connect, build friendships, and enjoy the spotlight in a welcoming space made just for them.
Come play your favorite board games (or discover new ones!) while hanging out with others who “get it.” All ages are welcome, and you don’t need to bring anything but yourself—we’ll provide the games and the good vibes.
