Post-Secondary Transition Options and Services for Significantly Challenged Students

East Valley Special Education Local Plan Area is hosting this meeting to inform parents about programs and services that can be accessed now or after their child exits from their school district postsecondary program. Agencies representing adult day programs, and service agencies that provide support accessing adult services, legal advice, financial security, transportation, community safety, and leisure& recreation opportunities will be featured.
